Frequently asked questions

Will Cutsure change my face?

No. Only the hair area is generated. Your original face pixels are placed back on top, and you can turn on an overlay in the app to check.

Do you keep my photos?

No. Face-shape analysis runs only on your iPhone. When you try on a style, the front photo is sent to our server, processed in memory and deleted as soon as the result is returned. Saved looks stay on your device. Stylist card share links are deleted after 7 days. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cutsure Pro and tap Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before it renews. You can also open Settings → Manage subscription inside the app.

I bought a subscription but the app doesn't show it.

Open Settings → Restore purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Settings → Delete all my data. This removes saved looks, consent records and any active share links. You can also email us to request deletion.

What does the free try-on include?

Each device gets one free front try-on. A subscription includes 15 try-ons and 2 stylist cards per week; the allowance resets weekly.

Who can use Cutsure?

You must be 18 or older and only upload photos of yourself.
