Cutsure

Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-10-26

These terms apply to the Cutsure app, operated by Kuo Han-Chun, an individual developer based in Taiwan. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Who can use Cutsure

You must be at least 18 and may only upload photos of yourself.

2. What the app does

Cutsure shows AI-generated previews of hairstyles on your photo and creates stylist cards. Previews are approximations to help you talk with your stylist; actual results depend on your hair, your stylist and other factors, and are not guaranteed.

3. Subscriptions

Cutsure Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple Account (weekly or yearly). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Each device can use one free front try-on. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Weekly allowances apply and reset each week.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people, minors, or content you do not have the right to use; do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to process them only to provide the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including dissatisfaction with a haircut. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
